Summer is in full swing in the Harmony River Valley and Black Bird's maple production facility is coming along quite nicely. Since our last update, the structure steel, roof, pouring of the floor and slabs have been completed. Most of the steel stud, rough in plumbing and rough in electrical have also been completed. We can see in the photos below that some of the structurally insulated panels have been installed as well.
We will be receiving and starting to install some of our process equipment within the next month. This is an exciting time for the employees at Black Bird as we will get to see the equipment that we will be working with in the coming spring.
Drones are wonderful aren't they? Take a look at this footage below of the Harmony River Valley on a misty morning as our facility comes into view. From this view you also get a good look at the installed septic tanks in the left of the building and the slab for the propane tanks at the rear of the building.
